~Shades of Green~

With all the white that has settled around our home I'm ready for some green. As I type this post and listen to the weather, it's almost depressing. The local forecast is for: slight chance of snow and sleet throughout the weekend. On the bright side we do have sunshine thus far. For now the only green I'm going to be seeing is in the shop. :-)

As soon as I close the shop I'll head off to the grocery store to stock up just "in case" we get hammered and get more than they are forecasting. I know many of the country is plagued with bad weather this weekend, stay safe along with your fun this weekend. Until next time.....
hugs ~lynne~

I know what you mean & we haven't had the snow you have had! But, NO sunshine wears on the body & mind. Bought me a bouquet of tulips to help with the blues!

I could use a little green, too, but it is going to take FOREVER for us to thaw out. I hope you miss the storm...you never know. Beautiful pictures!

I love the pops of green and hope spring won't be too far away. We have it a lot luckier being snowbirds but I really feel for my blogging buddies. Every the grandkids are sick of snow.

Very pretty! I have been craving green too. I especially love the shades you are using here. I like the beaded garland? Hope you will show us where it ends up.

I know exactly what you mean - right there with you. Tired of the brown and gray. "They" are predicting snow 2 times in the next few days here. :( Love the green hydrangeas - so pretty! The florist at the grocery wanted $9.99 for one small bloom !! :(
Stay warm and take care.

Oh what pretty shades of green! I am with you- I need some green! I bought some silk apple blossoms at Big Lots the other day- they are so real looking and a big boost to my "need some sun and play in the dirt mood!"

Snowing as we speak-type here!

I hope your storm wasn't too bad. It's a comfort though having that extra found and bottled water on hand just in case. Keep warm and remember that spring has to be coming soon and you can see more of your green! I have spring fever sooooooooo bad it isn't even funny, lol!
