More Quiet Times

Welcome to another Outdoor Wednesday Event. I'm happy to participating again this week. This event is hosted by Susan from A Southern Day Dreamer. Thank you Susan for hosting this event each week. With the Dog Days of Summer upon us and cooler temperatures, memories were stirred of us having warmer temperatures. All last summer my get away was the lake, where I would go and reflect upon life and happier times. Naturally, I had my constant companion my grandson. He choice to "borrow" the camera and take a few shots. I don't think he did too bad taking a picture of his "ole" grandma. Yes, folks that's little "ole" me. Although the island needs to be dressed up, the times spent down there are priceless.
Thank you for swinging by today and saying hello. Don't forget to swing by Susan's for a full list of those participating. Be sure to check back tomorrow for yet another "update" on the clues for the basket give away...
hugs ~lynne~

This is such a sweet and relaxing picture. I'm so glad you have your grandson and the lake to get away and relax a bit.

You look great...... I know you have to be older than 20's with grandchildren, but you look like you're in your 20's.

Hugs,

Now we know what you look like... You look so peaceful. With the many challenges you have, the peace of God is certainly surrounding you in this photo. Be sure to tell him how much we all like his photo. How fun to have a grandson with whom you can share these moments!

Lynne~

I am so excited to see little ole' you. Adorable.

Thanks so much for your comment about Miss Molly. I felt kind of silly posting for a little prayer for her...with all that is going on. But she is a part of our family. :)

Hope all is well with you my friend.

Continued thoughts & prayers.

Big hugs~ J
